Subscription Service

We routinely conduct service status updates of our system to enable our customers to stay up to date on planned and unplanned outages and have offered the subscription service since 2018.

You can elect to receive status updates via email to keep track of any historical and planned maintenance or incidents that may have occurred. If you would like to subscribe to these updates, click the 'Subscribe to Updates' button below.

We are proud to offer this service, which is part of an ongoing effort to increase transparency and security measures to protect clients’ data, including recent completion of ISO 27001 Certification. We want to ensure we are executing best practices that meet international security standards.
