Air Maestro has a dedicated helpdesk team that provides first-class customer service from enquiry to resolution. All Helpdesk services such as phone support and email support are included in your annual licence fee. You can reach us at help@airmaestro.net.
The Helpdesk is available between 8am and 6pm (Australian CST) from Monday to Friday. For critical enquiries, the Helpdesk service provides an after-hours voicemail service that is monitored by support staff outside of these hours. For full instructions on how to use this service, please see below.
