Unlimited Helpdesk Support

Avinet has a dedicated helpdesk team that provides first-class customer service from enquiry to resolution. All Helpdesk services such as phone support and email support are included in your annual licence fee.

The Helpdesk is available between 8am and 6pm (Australian CST) from Monday to Friday. For critical enquiries, the Helpdesk service provides an after-hours voicemail service that is monitored by support staff outside of these hours.
